New for Spring and Summer are these awesome glitter stackers from Free Hand Mehndi. After testing glitter cone after glitter cone, we gave up on the old stuff and stepped into something new. Mica glitter is cosmetic grade glitter, the same stuff used in eye shadows and lip glosses. Each stacker to topped off with assorted sparkling rhinestones.
Medical grade adhesive and applicator brushes are also available.
